The Jabbawack is a Deadric artifact given to you in Skyrim in the city of Solitude by Sheogorath, the Prince of madness. Start the quest to find the item by talking to the wandering madman in the graveyard or in front of the Bard's College.

The item has unpredictable effects when used on animals (best not used on humans).
