Actually it is a modded system it is basically like homebrew for the wii where you can get sega genesis games Nintendo 64 or run unsigned codes whick can give you many perks suck as infinite money xp no gravity also it has some things i do not recommend doing but you can get free avatar clothing whick is stealing from Microsoft and free DLC as long as you have the right program and know a little binary code Jtag's are facinating to me but yes they don't come cheap and to make your own you better be good at soldering.

No you can't hack people online- mw2- 10th prestige so on

and you can create speed lobbys like run really fast jump really high

but--- you WILL get the red ring of death 1 time a week and youll probbaly get banned every 4 hrs( youll need a key vault to unban urself roughly 60£
