Hi i think that the can die because the condensation on the clear part of the egg is because the alien has been breathing so yes they can and you can tell if there is no condensation on the clear part of the egg! Hope I helped!

they r real aliens and they can give birth to baby aliens at least 4 and they can die if they don't have goo (babies can the could be fine trust)
