You use Wingardium Leviosa to pick up a potion bottle whose color matches the color of the potion in the cauldron on the floor, and drop the bottle into the cauldron. For example, if the potion in the cauldron is red, you use Wingardium Leviosa to pick up a red potion bottle, and then drop the bottle into the cauldron.
