It's very hard to compare two games with totally different storylines and come on different consoles. It's like comparing Master Chief to Mario. Zelda is a classic but right now call of duty modern warfare 2 had the most reserves ever for any single videogame. It depends on what you're in to. If you like mythical adventures go with Zelda. If you like war games that are based on historical events go with Call of Duty. One bonus about call of duty though is that you can play online while you cannot on zelda.
