You cant really compare these games because Call of Duty is a game with a short but most of the time fun campaign and it has an awesome multiplayer mode where you create your own class with different weapons and perks and then play against other people. Fallout is a massive single player RPG which takes place in post Nuclear Washington DC. Fallout 3 has a huge map to explore and may weapons and armors to choose from. Not only does it have a main questline but a bunch of side quests and you will be putting over 50 hours into this game. So like i said you cant reall compare them call of duty is for those who like online first person shooters and fallout 3 is for those who like open world Rpgs.
