No there isn't an Unlimited Ammo cheat for MGS4. You can earn the Bandanna that grants infinite ammo by having no kills (B&B corps included). Geckos and Scarabs are excluded. You can also achieve this by buying it for 5,000,000 DP or 2,500,000 DP during act five.

yer right you need to compl the game m8 , then with the points you got like at the end of a chap, say like 800 points for the frist lv , then complet it , then go right to the 4th one down you go on it and you can buy stuff with them points do that then go to the bottem and buy what ya want with them :) np dude good hunting :)
