In The Sims 3, you can use cheats to modify your Sim's school grades. To raise a Sim's grade, open the cheat console by pressing Ctrl + Shift + C and type in "setCareerLevel School 4" for a high school student or "setCareerLevel School 3" for a child. Alternatively, you can use "testingcheatsenabled true," then shift-click on the Sim and select "Modify in CAS" to adjust their grade directly. Remember to disable the cheat with "testingcheatsenabled false" when you're done.

Not That I know of. All you have to do to get grades up is to always make them 100% fully complete their homework and make sure that they go to school in a good mood. Also opportunities help with this. I find it very easy to get A grades with all my Sims. Hope this helps xx
