Tap on the Laytonmobile and then walk through the door on the right,

Go up the stairs, tap the pillow on the bed for any hint coins,

Leave the hospital and go into the underground station and tap on the vending machine

Travel on the subway to Flatstone Street station, Go up the stairs turn left and have a chat to Berta.
