The puzzle is also known as The Biggest Star. The location is Park Gate and the Charactor is Deke after Gerald request you find his watch. It is a draw line type puzzle

whose solution gets you a stuffed bear and 20 picarats.

To solve puzzle 46 use the four biggest stars and the small tree in the middle of the ground to make a star.
