What is the best 'teamwork' game for xbox?

ghost recon advanced war-fighter (GRAW) and graw 2

both have a 16 player co-op and matches last a miniuim of 15 min with no re-spawning, the co-op campaign is long, slow, you need your snipers to do things from long range, your heavy gunners to do things from medium range and rifle men to do things from close range (like less then 100 meters)

the controls feel slow at first, if your used to playing cod or something but you get used to it. you actually have a hole lot more fidelity in the controls because there slow, you can stand, crouch and go prone with a toggle lean function, 1 bullet kills so you need your team mates

graw 1 got 10/10 from game trailers, graw 2 got like 9.7/10 so there both great

not to mention both have amazing single player and online team death match games.
