What is the best and quickest way to prestige on Modern Warfare 2?

To me the best way is to play on Headquarters Pro you will level up pretty quick playing that.

nope.... level up all your assault rifles starting with the m4a1.... get ALL the achievements then move to the famas etc etc etc.... youll prestige 3x faster than anyone else...

To unlock Prestige mode in Modern Warfare 2 you must rank up to the highest level in online multiplayer, level 70. Once you have done this, go to the barracks and there should be a button labeled "Prestige Mode", click on it to go into Prestige mode.

play in private matches and take turns getting head shots you'll get a lot of points and get the camo. you could also play search and destroy that gives you like 1000 points to plant the bomb and 500 for a kill i got up to 32 in 2 days by playing just private and search

first of all u cant lvl up in private matches so im gonna give u the right answer and what you do is play in demolition cuz im in prestige and i lvl up fast p.s use a silenced weapon to get a killstreak it will help u get experience o ya if there is one bomb left camp some wheres and kill peaople that come by

o ya if u want to get like akimbo for a gun or anything go in team hardcore matches

put your game n multi player then switch your game mode to seek and destroy, then go to the level rust (1 player should do this at a time) plant the bomb and shoot the other player in the head, the more you do this you will level up. :)

1. Get to Level 70 and get the exp bar to it's fullest.

2. Go on Barracks.

3. Go on 'Prestige Mode'.
