Tough choice. I have all 3 because I started the game, chose one, traded it as soon as I could to Pokemon Pearl, started again,repeated and finally traded the two others from Pearl to Silver. If that's not an option, Totodile. It can learn Dragon moves later on and many other types of moves, It's power is awesome and it looks really cool.
