There are two ways to get it.wait till bernie gives it to you or theres a mission with Steve.you have to steal it you could quit the mission then take it for yourself . PS its called an inferus.:)

There is no Lamborghini's but you can mod it if its on PC but not on PS2 and you can get other made up cars that may look like a lambo but not really a real one.
