It's not my knowledge that you can see sims woo-hoo, so if you're trying to, I guess you could try to activate 'moveobjects on' cheat, which allows you to move anything, even sims, and when they're woo hoo-ing, move them out of the bed/tub/booth and somewhere completely visible. I warn you that when I tried to do this, both sims disappeared, but then using 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' and shift-clicking the sim I was now playing and spawning 'tombstone of L & D' and then 'get family member' I got them back. Now, in woo-hoo, they don't actually do anything, other than look like they're having an epileptic fit, and even if they did 'something' it would be blocked by censor-blur thingies. It is kind of funny, though - the epileptic fit. Lols, Good luck!!
