You have to press the 4 teeth that spell "open"(then the nose) to unlock the door. The translation page is on top of the ruins, and you can get it by climbing the vine and jumping left from the platform.

∙ 14y agook well first you need to get to the door then starting from the left you would count to the 2nd tooth then 6th,7th,4th then press the nose then the eyes will turn green :) :)
