What is the font in Ben 10?

I found Badaboom was pretty close you can get it for free:

You add a new font to your PC through the Control panel and fonts (different OS = Different process)

I used publisher and word art.

Write text - make the size you want it.

Copy and paste it twice so you have 3 versions

make one set colour light blue and border light blue border size was 15

Make second one black with border black, border size 8

finally the top one needs a fill effect yellow on top and green on the bottom.

You can make each layer go back or forward to get the right order.

Blue on the bottom, then black then the fill effect version.
