The Gun Emporium is a feature in Combat Arms where you can buy or obtain parts of guns, and add or swap them with parts from different guns, then talking to an NPC that will fuse the parts together. There are many speculations of this feature being extremely overpowered.
However, this is not the case. Swapping parts does not mean swapping attributes; this means you will not be able to create an L96A1 with the rate of fire of an Uzi, the accuracy of an AK47, the recoil of an M416 CQB, the portability of a M92FS, and the magazine of an M60. Most of the creations will be just for looks.
Many people also believe that this was part of April Fools. This is not, because in your Combat Arms folder there is a file named "GUNSMITH_NPC.rez".
