As of my last update, there is no official version of MapleStory specifically designed for macOS. However, Mac users can play MapleStory by using Windows emulators or virtual machines like Parallels Desktop, Boot Camp, or Wine. These methods allow users to run the Windows version of the game on their Mac. Always check the official MapleStory website for the latest updates regarding platform availability.
There are no plans for a PSP version of MapleStory. There is a Nintendo DS version in Korea, but it doesn't look like there is going to be a PSP version. If you are REALLY looking for a portable version of MapleStory, there is a Thief version on the iPod Touch/iPhone.
i believe now that they have changed the firewall that they use, simply uninstall maplestory and download the latest version online.
Maple Sea is a published version of maplestory for Asian countries like Indonesia. Download that version and have fun.

Most online games will update themselves to the latest patch version everytime the game is loaded up. In the case that it doesn't, the page where you first downloaded MapleStory should have the newest patch, upgrade, or version available for manual download and installation. So, simply turn on the game, or if that doesn't work, go to the web page where you downloaded it before.
