Probably an ingrown hair that has turned into a mess of puss. It could also be a cyst that has popped.
They don't, its prabably an abcess! An abcess is a puss-filled lump! Bring it to the vet immediately! Rabbit abcesses and sprad quickly!!!

A lump on the back filled with cheesy-smelling fluid could potentially be a sebaceous cyst. Sebaceous cysts are noncancerous lumps filled with keratin, a protein found in hair, nails, and skin. It is recommended to have it evaluated by a healthcare provider for proper diagnosis and treatment.
take a sharp knife, heat it up, and cut around it then take a pliers and rip it off very fast
Don't worry it is probably just an abcess. An abcess in a lump under the skin filled with puss. Dogs, cats, and rabbits get them. They are extremely common. Just bring it to the vet and he will fix it in 5 hours!
no
A boil.
they would have a lump, but that lump could just be a cyst, a puss filled bump that you can squeeze to removed or a abcess wich needs to be surgically removed over all you should take your piggy to the vet
Almost the exact thing happened to my mother, except her lump was closer to her ear. If the lump is soft, there is a great chance it's just a fluid filled cyst. That's what moms turned out to be.
A lump on the back of your head that is itchy may be from an inset bite. If the lump does not go away, visit a doctor.
It is a bacterial infection. You should get checked out.
