There is no "new Halo Reach" But if you mean Halo 4, you're not in a squad, you are alone as Master Chief again.
Actually Halo 4 is the next game.
The Spartans name is Jun.

The names of all the Halo games are (in order): Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo Wars, Halo 3 ODST, Halo Reach, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, and Halo 4. In chronological order: Halo: Wars Halo: Reach Halo: Combat Evolved/Anniversary Halo 2 Halo 3: ODST Halo 3 Halo 4
You know this REALLY bothered me in Halo 3. Because I mean, come on! They were all great and wonderful to the elites in Halo 2 ,and then all of asudden they have a huge change of heart? That just doesn't make any sense. The grunts are still enemies because they never rebelled against the prophets. It was the Sangheili (that is the actual "race" name for the Elites) that rebelled against the teachings of the prophets.
