You jump through the rings in this order (1 is closest to the elevator, 7 is closest to where Arbitor kills the prophet). 4,6,5,4,5,3,4. If you do it correctly, the rings will start to flash. Then go back to where Arbitor killed the prophet. The bridge will be down and a skull will be there. : ). Good luck!

Number 1 is the ring closest to the entrance, number seven is the ring closest to where Truth dies. You may need to jump through multiple times, Halo just randomly fails and doesn't count it sometimes, even if you do it perfectly. You may also need to wait until every single enemy has been defeated (including all the flood, once they turn against you).
