What is the second boss you should fight in terraria?

Most of the time it's the Eye of Cthulu for most people because they have access to shurikens and arrows early in-game. But if you're really experienced you can go for the Eater of Worlds which I do not recommend.

The first boss most players encounter is the Eye of Cthulhu, which has a 1/3 chance of appearing while a player has above a certain amount of defence and max HP.

Depending on the type of corruption in the world, the next boss is either the Eater of Worlds, or Heart of Cthulhu, which appear after you destroy 3 Shadow Orbs/Crimson Hearts.

Skeletron guards the Dungeon, he is not mandatory, but must be defeated to access the Dungeon which contains some useful items.

There are two other optional pre-hardmode bosses, they are King Slime, which can appear anywhere on the overworld (but can be made to spawn during a 'Slime Rain Event', and Queen Bee, which will appear if you destroy the larva in underground hives.

The last step in playing pre-hardmode is to summon and defeat the Wall of Flesh which will convert your world to hardmode and

As soon as hardmode is entered, there is a 1/10 chance each night of one of the three 'mechanical bosses' appearing. They are based on three pre-hardmode bosses, and are; The Twins (Eye of Cthulhu), The Destroyer (Eater of Worlds) and Skeletron Prime (Skeletron).

Once the three have been beaten, you unlock a chain of bosses, each of which enable the next in the chain and lead to the end of the game. Plantera will spawn in the underground jungle. Once beaten, you will get the Temple Key, allowing you to enter the Temple and fight Golem. When Golem is dead, cultists will spawn outside the dungeon, summoning the Lunar Cultist boss when killed. Defeating the cultist will begin the endgame, first a fight against the four 'Lunar Pillars', then the final boss, the 'Moon Lord'.

Duke Fishron is a powerful, and optional hardmode boss. There are other random events which will occasionally trigger, with bosses too. These bosses are: Mourning Wood and Pumpking (Pumpkin Moon event) Everscream, Santa-NK2 and Ice Queen (Frost Moon event), Flying Dutchman (Pirate Invasion) and Martian Saucer (Martian Madness).

Last thing to note, the console version lacks the PC 1.3 update bosses (Golem and onwards) but has a unique boss called Ocram who is the current final boss. The mobile version has two event bosses, Lepus at Easter and Turkgor the Ungrateful, at Thanksgiving (US).

This depends really but the easiest would be king slime, then probably the eye of Cuthulo. After the eye of Cuthulo is dead then probably Skeltron as he has really good rewards if you are at a low level.
