What is the shadow in Luigi's Mansion?

There are 3 shadows in the game that I know of. I don't know which one you mean, so I will list the 3 that I know.

1. Shivers the butler ghost, who initially appears as a shadow holding a candlestick.

2. Bogmire, the shadowy ghost who you fight in the graveyard

3. A creepy glitch where, if you stand in a certain position in the Telephone Room, Luigi's shadow on the wall makes it look like he hung himself.
