What level does Haunter evovle at?

You can't evolve Haunter via normal leveling. Instead you can evolve it via linking with another game. Wait is this an old game. Since I knew Haunter back when I was 4. The Latest is Black and White.

Sorry, Haunter only evolves into Gengar if you trade it to someone else. I does not evolve normally.

In Pokémon the Gastly evolves into Haunter at level 25. It does not evolve into the Gengar until it is traded in the game.

To evolve Haunter, you have to trade it to someone else. That is the only way. You cannot level it up or give it any stones.
