Have your Nincada in your party. Deposit a Pokemon from your team in to your PC, leaving you with 5 Pokemon (one of them being Nincada). Make sure you have an extra pokeball of whatever pokeball you used to catch Nincada in your bag.(E.g. if you caught Nincada with a standard pokeball, have a standard pokeball in your bag. If Nincada was caught with a Great Ball, have a Great Ball in your bag.) Then, get your Nincada to level 20 (or above) to evolve it into Ninjask. When you look at your party, you will have a Shedinja in the spare slot, and the spare pokeball will be gone. Hope I helped!
