What monster is the best to kill when leveling range in runescape?

Either Tormented Demons or Mithril Dragons for their drops mainly. Also there are the godwars bosses too, even more then Armadyl Boss.

Also the abyssal demons because they drop abyssal whips witch sell for at the grand exchang for 1,400,000

Hill Giants, they are around Level 46, collect the bones they drop and store them in your bank when your inventory is full, when you have finished training sell these bones in the Grand Exchange for a bit of cash.

(you need an empty inventory for this) Quite a coinsidence that i am lvl 44 and i kill what you should. hill giants. go right to the right end of the map next to the wilderness ditch. then cross then strat going forward you should see trees, go left until you can make out a path going through the forest of dead trees(there might be an undead goul or werewolf there so wait til it goes or just run. once you get past run abit more and you will reach a nocked down house with lava around it. there will be a lvl 9 ghost in there go abit forward and then there will be two hillgiants. keep going back and forth killing them and take there bones . just take the bones never anything else. once you are full up with them do the lumbridge teleport then make your way to varrock where you can go to grand exchange. sell all of the 28 bones in your inventory. once they are all sold go back and get the money from grand exchange. you will have worked hard but it will be worth it. now you can go out and spend the money you have by selling it. you can get around 10k for 28 so keep on going through the hill giants. youl be a runescape master and a billionare before you know it. :D
