If they should make the game for other systems, then they would have to code the game for those systems. There are a lot of different types of systems out there and making the game availabe on each of them would be to time consuming and cost a heck of a lot of money.
It depends on what you mean. yes, the atari brand is still in use. no, they do not make game consoles anymore, and yes, there are still old atari systems out there.

their is no other way you just have to download it.... if it still doesn't work, check your drivers, you may have to update or make changes with them. Also make sure you have the hardware to handle that game. :)
