Okay, don't be anorexic. Instead only eat vegetables. Seriously, and once a day eat some nuts not a lot. I lost ten pounds in a week. Seriously, but I also danced 30 minutes a day. When you eat vegetables, it's basically like eating nothing, because your body uses more energy digesting them then eating. That's why people say that you can eating all the vegetables you want when your on a diet, cause you could eat like five bags of carrots and not gain one pound.
