You can access the admin menu by typing "amxmodmenu" in the console. (no quotes) To install plugins, you download the .sma file. Then you compile it, in the "scripting" folder. Go into the "compiled" folder to get the .amxx file. Put that file into the "plugins" folder. Then type the name of the plugin (including .amxx) in the "plugins.ini" file.
