Flareon : Strong for Defense But Very Week in Attack ( Very )
Can learn Fire type , Dark type , Ground Type , Rock Type Attacks.

Espeon : Strong for Defense And Attack ( Very Strong And Defensive Very )

You want both? Well, to have both I would breed the Eevee. So then you could evolve one Eevee into a Glaceon, and the other is still the same Eevee. You evolve Eevee into Glaceon when your near Snow Point City, you'll see a ice rock in the middle of some grass. Level Eevee up somewhere near that ice rock, and it should evolve.
