After you get the south eastern chart, talk to the fallen adventurer. He will tell you to put the crystals into their holes in a certain order. Instead of using the blue light, walk out of the room and place the crystals in the order he tells you. The door will re-open, so enter the sea chart room again. The floor will rumble and ciela will say it felt close to you. Walk back out the door and you will find that the temple has shifted a floor, like an elevator. Continue on and you will get the NW sea chart, much to ciela's delight.

Start at top middle go down to left corner, go half way across bottom, then go up at an angle to half way (this will make the right side of the upside down small triangle) then draw straight across to the other side this will be the bottom part of the upside down triangle, draw down to bottom to make the point of the small upside down triangle. when you have done this you should be looking at the outside left portion of the BIG triangle and the completed smaller upside down triangle that is in the middle. From here draw to right lower corner of BIG triangle then up to the top point.

If you do it this way the door should open for you. I hope this helps!
