I've had this problem too. If it doesn't load when you've clicked "ok" a bunch of times on the sign in page, click the poptropican back button, not the one on your browser. Then click "returning player" again. Just type in your password, your username should already be there. Now, try clicking the "ok" button a bunch of ties again. If it doesn't work, try going back and forth again, but I've only had to do this only once.
