I hope it's obvious that it depends on the game and on what kind of burner you have.
If it will fit on a CD, then your need a CD-R.
If it needs a DVD, then you need a DVD-R or a DVD+R, depending on what your burner prefers.
Note that just because you can burn the game doesn't mean it will work... many game discs have a form of copy protection that relies on certain tricks in the production process that can't easily be duplicated on a CD burner (professional CDs are pressed, not burned, and the masters are made with special equipment that is capable of doing things many home burners can't) but you wouldn't be trying to burn that kind of game anyway because that would be illegal.
No there are codes in the game disc that the PC can not access that do not copy
If you were going to use a disc in a computer, it would have to be compatible. A disc programmed for a games console is not the same thing.
it depends on what kind of game it is. if it is a computer game that you can buy online im pretty sure that you can just right click the icon in my computer and click copy to. when you do a list should come up. if you have the disc in you should see something on the list that would say disc or generic volume with a letter in parenthisis that would look like this (T:) or (G:) ext. if it is a game that is already on a disc doing that would be illegal coping of the disc and you could go to federal prison for that if they find out.
You cannot format a game disc, as the image has been stamped on the disc and not written onto a rewritable disc. For informational purposes only, to copy a game disc to your computer, you can take the image of it using a program off of the internet, such as MagicIso.
No a Dreamcast game will not play on your computer but just putting the disc in there. You would have to play a dreamcast game on a dreamcast system.
No you can not put a PS2 game disc in the computer and play it The emulator programs will not work well and they require that you create a file and not play a game disc
perhaps if you can zip it.
Before you start, :Put a clear disc inside the slot. (This means that the disc was never used)1.Download game/movie on system.2.Go to your documents/favorites/_______
A game console, like the PS3 is actually a computer. XBOX 360 is also just like a computer. In the sense that they both have hardrives, they both download the media from the disc, so it can be played, used, or anything else a disc would be used for. So the video game I am assuming is a disc right? Then The PS3 can read the information on it just like a computer would :)
No No
Anything that is run on your computer uses memory(also called RAM)
key phrase "game you can ONLY play on a pc" this implies you need a PC.
