What was like before video games?

When Video Games were first brought to the home consoles, they were made using pixel art, today a novelty. Some of the first video game consoles were '8-bit' which meant that each character sprite (model) used eight pixels each. In the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (or the Super Famicom) used 16-bit graphics, doubling the detail of games. Other video game consoles at the time of the SNES utilized 32-bit graphics, but offered game-play that was a inferior to the SNES, which actually featured a microchip that allowed for 32-bit games; this chip was taken advantage of by Square Enix (then called Square Soft) in the Super Mario RPG games. Later there were 64-bit graphics, and now we have even better graphics than that.

Imagine a life with no video games...

It's simple to imagine it... Many people who have lived and still live have not played one video game, and, believe it or not, there are people that have lived over 30 years and still have not played and will never play a video game... Is this hard or simple to imagine? That is up to you...
