The fastest car (without getting the Ultor Exposed download) is the superior, but the handling is too sensitive and it sucks

handling does not suck if your going fast enough

There are many good cars in the game,the 3 best ones [i think] are the attrazione,bezier,and the superior.those are just the fast ones though.There is no best car

If you want the fastest you should have Attrazione (without DLC content)

If you want a Car with the highest Hitpoints The peterliner is for you.

the fastest is the turismo but from what i know you can mod a car at the transfender auto swap and make a phoenix really cool but it still cant out race a turismo

The fastest car is the one that looks like a corvette, its like an infernio or something

there are a few including a comet , turismo , f620 but the best of all is the gold plated super drop diamond (rolls Royce drophead ) this is only available in Ballad of gay tony though

'Best' is always subjective.

Attrazione is the fastest car. Many people will struggle to handle it.

A Bulldog with machinegun turret is much slower but very useful.
