Yes, you can use the Optimize feature in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. The definition of "dragoon" depends upon what source you derive the term from. In a historical sense, dragoons were a cavalry unit equipped with a light pistol. Because of the light load they carried, they were able to move quickly and could mount or dismount their horses with little difficulty. In most fantasy settings, a dragoon is a person or group of people somehow involved with dragons. For example, the Final Fantasy series of video games has a Dragoon job class in several games, and this character is normally a lance-wielding specialist who excels at using aerial attacks. The exact definition of the character varies between settings, but as a general rule, fantasy Dragoons are related to Dragons in some way or another.
