In the Blue Kaizo version of Pokémon, Magikarp evolves into Gyarados at level 20, similar to the original games. However, due to the increased difficulty and changes in Blue Kaizo, players may need to consider their training strategies carefully to reach this level. Make sure to focus on leveling Magikarp efficiently, as it can be challenging to raise due to its limited move set.

Magikarp evolves into Gyarados starting at level 20. Magikarp is #129 in the National Pokedex, and was introduced in the Generation I Pokemon titles (Red, Blue, and Yellow) where it could be found almost anywhere. In Generation VI (X and Y), it can be found on Routes 3, 22, and in the Parfum Palace. _____ Magikarp learns the move tackle at level 15, and when it evolves, it learns bite as a level 20 Gyrados.
Kabutops, (If that's what you're saying) doesn't evolve. However, Kabuto evolves into Kabutops at Lv. 40.
Thor isn't a real Pokemon; you probably mean Throh, who can't evolve. However, you might want Sawk, the blue version.
it's better to do that
You cannot evolve Pikachu in Pokemon Yellow, unless you trade it to a red or blue version, and give it a thunderstone there. Once you get it back it will not follow you.
Kakuna will evolve into Beedrill once it reaches Level 10.
