definitely psychic. i NT sure whether kadabra able to learn it, but alakazam can so i think it can, energy ball, it a vry gd move. u rly shud try to get an alakazam as they have the highest sp.atk stat for all non legendaries, tied with porygon-z also shadow ball is a decent move for kadabra, but hypnosis and dream eater together on a psychic type Pokemon are a good combo and wouldn't go amiss
