Rock Band came out for Wii on June 22, 2008, you can buy it standalone or in the special edition bundle that comes with a Guitar, Microphone and Drum set. Recently they started selling the Drum set and Guitar separately and you've always been able to pick up a microphone accessory somewhere. Harmonix also just released the Rock Band Track Pack Vol. 1 which includes over 20 new songs for Rock Band on Wii.
