The ghost is named Wisp. Start the search after 7:59 pm. His common hidding spaces are behind buildings or near the beach. This dose not happen every night.

A sign that he will be coming is when in the morning or afternoon you see a magic lamp. That is Wisp's lamp.

At night find him. You don't see him right away. He says " Hey. Could you come over here for a sec?'' He will tell you if you are going the wrong way or not. Once you find him he askes you to find his lamp. Once you find it talk to him again. He says to go in your attic (your beadroom), and rub it there.

To rub the lamp you go in your pockets (bag icon), you click on the lamp and hit "rub."

Wisp re-aperes in your attic. He offers you three wishes. They are Remove all weeds in my town, smash all roaches in my house, or gimme something. Once he grants your wish he dissaperes. Don't worry, You will see him again.
