PSP 3.0 has already been released. I don't have a PSP, but my little brother does. His broke, cause he got mad at it and threw at the wall..... ANYWAY.... I think what you have to do is go to OPTIONS (on your PSP).... and click UPDATE.... and whala (sp).... YOUR PSP IS UPDATED!!!!!! ^^ incorrect, go to settings, go up to update, pick network or memory stick: i recommend network if you have a wireless network you can use, but if you don't you would have to download the update manually from your computer, then put it on your psp with a memory stick duo with a miniUSB cable, then select memory stick when you go to update
