There will never be a "Super Smash Bros Brawl 2", however it is possible that in the future Nintendo may make a fourth game in the series.

However it comes with a price. There will be no voice acting in the Subspace Emmassiry, & Pichu, Dr. Mario, Roy, & even Mewtwo will not be returning to Super Smash Bros. Brawl. There will be only 35 character in total.

If it comes out it will probably come out in either 2012 or 2013. And it will defeintly be on the new Nintendo system being that every Super Smash Bros game was on separate Nintendo systems. But I highly doubt every character from Brawl will be in the next Super Smash Bros game
There will be two new Super Smash Bros. games: Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. The 3DS game will come out on October 3, 2014, while the Wii U game will come out in Holiday 2014.
