But the only way to do that is to catch jarachi and catch 201 pokemon. Note: Flying to the moon takes a VERY long time to do.

Yes, Battle Tower in Ruby version. To get there you must defeat the Elite Four and get a ticket for the ferry. Go to Slateport or Lilycove cities to board the ferry and head to the Battle Tower. After you have been there, you will be able to fly back any time you like. Fighting through the battle tower will not earn you any XP but if you get through it, you will be rewarded an item (usually a rare one) depending on your time. You have to compete with three Pokemon and they are not allowed to be Legendary. There are two categories, Lv50 and Lv100. In Lv50 only Pokemon lv 50 or under can enter and all of the Pokemon you compete against will be Lv50. In Lv100 all Pokemon you battle will be Lv100. You will be healed between battles at the battle tower. In Pokemon Emerald version there is a Pokemon duplicate glitch, Google it if you want to learn more. Hope I helped!
