When people buy the Halo Reach Legendary Edition from EB games and get Flaming Recon armour when they play the game how will it know to give the people Flaming Recon armour?

The Coding inside the game will tell the server that you have purchased it from EB games, and will then give you the option to turn on Flaming Recon Armour
