This is a very interesting question as it deals in the (generally) unknown. You could ask someone who has died and come back to life i.e. person in hospital revived after death or person revived by paramedics, police, first aider etc. Some of these type of persons that I have spoken to claimed that they could see what was going on around them but in a 'dreamlike' state; others claim that they had no such experience. Although plenty of annecdotal evidence and eyewitnesses, no conclusive proof there. One of course can depend on faith. Faith, of course, comes in a variety of forms.
