Where are the Differences in Camera in Professor Layton and Pandora's Box?

I never heard anything about camera difference. It does not seem possible with only a single camera to be different.If you want to know the differences between the camera parts for the USA Camera parts and the UK Camera Parts the name of the Gear-filled camera part USA changed to the Cog-filled Camera Part UK.
