The FRAMES Are the Following:

Red bell frame: 10th floor of lower garmon mine

Yellow bell frame: through a gate near Marimba Ranch(you need to help Ruth before you enter it)

Blue Bell Frame: First floor of watery cave

Green Bell Frame: The top floor of the big windmill in Flute fields

Purple Bell frame: At the back of the church

The ACTUAL bells are Located:

Red Bell: you will need to visit the 10th floor then talk to Ramsey. Then you must go outside to encounter a scene where chloe will kick the bell into the roof. The rest will be explained to you

Yellow Bell: Walk to the harmonica town beach. You will see a yellow rusty object in the sand. That is the yellow bell. You will need to take it to three moonstones

Blue Bell: This is easy. It's already hanging on the frame! You'll just have to figure out how to ring it.

Green Bell: The Witch has it. You have to go through Fugue Forest

Purple Bell: It's on it's frame at the back of the church.
