I only know how to find 2 out of 3. The first one is located in the Jedi Temple the second time you go there and do the trial in which you battle Darth Phobos. It's located in that huge "rubble area" and is behind the first statue on the left-hand side when you first enter the area after the Wii autosaves. The second one is located at Cloud City. At the back of one of the buildings, it will be seen after Force-pushing away some rubble.
