There iron all over runescape. The best places for iron is varrock mining site, just south of east bank. Ardougne mining site, close to Legend guild is another best place. There are some bears in the mining site but they don't attack. If you're trying to level your mining, i will advice you to also look for the falling shooting star. Very good xp. Hope this help
